DESCRIPTION
The 5045A Digital IC Tester is well suited for high volume incoming inspection of digital integrated circuits and simple enough to operate that even unskilled operators can be up and testing quickly. Tests all versions TTL, CMOS, and ECL devices to 16 pins. Universal pin electronics permit each pin of the 5045A to act as a forced voltage or current driver for inputs, outputs, open circuit and power supplies. This provides the flexibility and capability needed to test combinatorial and sequential circuits, from gates to RAM's. Utilizes preprogrammed magnetic test cards (sold separately). A built in printer provides information on programming, number of pass / fail IC's and failure analysis of the failed chips..
