RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum rental term is for thirty (30) days. After the first thirty days,
the rental rate is prorated per day.
- The rental period starts the day after shipping and ends on the day rental
equipment is returned to our shipping dock.
- The customer is responsible for insurance and freight for the equipment's return.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be received before returning the unit.
Contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning equipment.
- Items must be returned complete with all shipped accessories and in good working condition.
- 100% of the first month's rental rate and 50% of any consecutive
rental rate may be applied as credit toward the purchase of the rental item up to
90% of the list price.
